We implement and maintain industry-standard security protocols consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. You agree not to attempt to access, interfere with, or compromise any part of our platform or data infrastructure without authorisation.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time; upon request, we will delete your personal data, though anonymised behavioural data may be retained for analytic purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
